I’m a Partner in Dentons’ Corporate group experienced in multi-jurisdictional M&A, securities and corporate finance. I am listed as a recognized leader in ‎Corporate Law by both the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory and Best Lawyers in Canada; named a Lexpert Rising Star: Leading Lawyers ‎Under 40 (Top 40 Under 40); and listed in the Lexpert Guide of Leading ‎US/Canada Cross-Border Corporate Lawyers, among other distinctions. Additionally, I was an adjunct ‎professor at the Faculty of Law, Queen’s University, Canada for several years where I ‎taught Advanced Securities Law.
