Over my 21-year career while working with HRDD, Govt of Sikkim in the remote tribal regions of North-Eastern India, I developed a deep understanding of the complex socio-environmental challenges faced by marginalized communities. This experience has honed my ability to engage with diverse populations, foster community partnerships, and deliver impactful educational programs. During my time as an administrator at a College of Education in M.P. and as a Project Coordinator for a National-level Educational Training Project(D.El.Ed, MHRD, 2017-19) I acquired strong project management and leadership skills. I successfully managed complex initiatives and built effective teams, leading to measurable improvements in education outcomes. Furthermore, my tenure as an Assistant Controller of Examination at a university accredited with an A plus by NAAC underscored my attention to detail and commitment to quality. I am confident that my unique blend of education, experience, and commitment make me a valuable candidate for any team in education sector.I look forward to a suitable opportunity.
