Review and preparation of Detailed engineering drawings such as Instrument Index, Cable block diagram, Tubing block Diagram, JB & Interconnection Wiring Diagram, Instrument loop diagram, Cable schedule, Tubing Schedule, Bulk MTO, Instrument Installation Standard, Instrument Hook-up Diagram. Preparing work packs for RLE of FPSO by inspecting on site to replace or overhaul current instruments or systems. Providing assistance to the construction team for the repair and life extension projects as outlined in the work packs. Assisting construction team with construction site inquiries, feasibility study support. Review and designing of 3D model for Field Instruments, F&G Detectors, Telecom Items, Junction Box, Cable trays, Field Equipment’s and Control panels using PDMS/E3D/SP3D software. Review and preparation of Cable Tray Layout, Instrument location layout, Control Room layout, Cable Routing Layout, MCT Layout & Arrangement. Review and preparation of Detailed Engineering drawings for F&G system, Telecom, security System & Closed-circuit Television (CCTV) system. Preparation of documents for Hot transfer engineering (Hot Change-over) & sequence of transfer. And participation in the real transfer activities throughout the commissioning period. Experience in assisting construction and commissioning teams with onsite technical support. In addition, engaging in the survey on the site to gather technical information needed for upgrading the plant. Project coordination involves communicating with the customer to review the 3D model, approve documents, study plant operations, conduct site surveys, and collaborate with vendors on the drawing review and approval process.
