Over two decades of experience of building and leading large software engineering teams( 500+) of program managers, architects, developers and integration specialist with direct responsibility of delivering solutions to 40+ Pay TV operators worldwide at the peak of Pay TV digitalization. Rich experience in multi-site, multi stake holders and cross-functional environment across the globe with sales/product management/delivery and third party vendor eco system. Extensive experience in successfully planning and implementing business strategies(including successfully handling changes arisen due to outsourcing, M&A), building teams and infrastructure from scratch leading towards aggressive growth. Very passionate about creating high performing agile teams, bringing excellence in execution and challenging the status quo. Played critical role as part of core team responsible for complete transformation of engineering org to agile. Additionally, as site leader, providing local leadership, driving the culture of innovation to generate ideas, sponsoring hackathons and patent-a-thons, leading employee engagement initiatives and religiously sponsoring activities related to corporate social responsibilities (CSR) both at the official and personal level.
