Projects commissioned and supplied with PLC/ PC Based programming unit. Adept at the selection of all instruments for Furnace, Cultural sensitive and widely traveled professional visited USA, Germany, Belgium, Turkey, Spain,Taiwan, Indonesia, Japan, Egypt, Iran, Italy, Thailand, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Kenya, and South Africa for technical discussions and had been to Nigeria for commissioning of wet flux furnace and Egypt for commissioning of color coating line. Started professional career with Vulcan Engineers Ltd as a Project Engineer and was responsible for Erection and commissioning of Furnace and Glass Lehrs, had worked on more than 10 Projects. 20 years worked in Design & Engineering department. As Design Manager had worked on 18 Furnaces for Continuous hot dip Galvanizing, capacity in the range of 15 TPH to 85 TPH (CQ), 2 Walking beam Furnaces of maximum capacity 90 TPH for Billet, 1 furnace each of 30 TPH Walking hearth & Pusher Hearth. As a Design head, Sucessfulliy dealt with Basic and Detail engineering of the highest capacity 85 TPH ( CQ ) All Vertical ( DFF + RTF) Technology, Hot Dip continuous galvanizing furnace of India for JSW steel coated products Ltd, Vasind.( Maharashtra, India ). As a Design Manager Successfully dealt with Basic and Detail engineering of the first 1650 mm wide and 60 TPH (CQ) Capacity Hot Dip continuous galvanizing cum annealing furnace in India (Customer- Uttam Steel Ltd) Efficiently dealt with world-renowned consultant M.N. Dastur & co (p) Ltd and Mecon Ltd
