Two things I love the most is coffee and solving supply chain problems. I observe, analyze, develop, and optimize areas that matter. I greatly focus on using data, modern technologies, and research-backed strategies while keeping longevity and adaptability at the forefront when developing and implementing innovative solutions to any given issue. With a bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and a master's in Industrial Engineering, I bring the best of both fields with expertise in product development life cycle, CAD, quality inspection, purchasing, supply chain operations, lean engineering, operations management, inventory control, logistics control, project management and data analysis. My career highlights are as follows: 1) I led my team of 15 people through two victorious national-level motorsports championships where we had to design, fabricate, and race with our go-karts ( 2) I served as the operations supervisor at Prabhu Caterers, where I spearheaded the implementation of lean strategies to improve inventory control and production operations that helped to reduce the production lead time by 40%, inventory by 60%, and annual expenses by 3) I completed the R&D internship with Thales, where I developed an efficient hybrid project scheduling method to plan the large naval maintenance projects. The proposed scheduling method performed, on average, 59% faster than standard optimization procedures while giving solutions that were just 0.39% away from the optimal value. I am confident in managing businesses making more than a million in revenue. I excel at the execution of big ideas with given constraints. I can align, lead, and grow a strong team with over 25 members. My upbringing in a multi-cultured society helps to establish a good rapport with anyone quickly.
