With over 18 years of experience in Business Finance across Organised Retail FMCG and the Cookware industry I specialize in enabling sustainable growth and business excellence through strategic financial leadership. My expertise encompasses a wide range of finance functions including business planning and strategy accounts and finance internal controls fundraising mergers and acquisitions (M&A) due diligence business valuation financial modelling and business partnering. Additionally I have a strong background in building management decision support systems and ensuring robust IT and system controls. Currently serving as the CFO for Tramontina India a subsidiary of the globally renowned Tramontina Group I play a pivotal role in steering the company towards operational excellence. With over 113 years of legacy Tramontina is a global leader in premium cookware furniture and tools. A significant part of my career was with Future Group where I progressed from a Financial Analyst to Finance Controller eventually working directly with promoters and senior management. This journey provided me with invaluable experience in understanding business imperatives from both entrepreneurial and professional perspectives. Throughout my career I have worked closely with CEOs to shape business strategies create comprehensive business plans define key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure alignment with the organization’s vision.
