I am a qualified Civil Engineer with experience in the entire spectrum of technical & commercial operations involved in Contracts Management, Project Management, Procurement, Vendor Management & Negotiation; possess rich corporate experience in tendering, preparation of Pre-qualification application, presentation of Company competence & qualification,generation of enquiries, preparation of estimates & proposals, technical & commercial negotiations & contract management.I am spearheading efforts across managing the entire tendering process right compilation of tender documents for various work items comprising of taking off quantities, contractual terms/ conditions, technical specifications / commercial terms & Bill of Quantities, Tender analysis /evaluation, conducting tender interviews & negotiations & finally awarding the contract & issuing the Letter of Intent. The intent is to inspect & analyze the proposed project & ensure that works are carried out to specific standards. With keen techno-commercial acumen, my objective is to establish a successful career & add value to the organization through his knowledge & learning ability. I have been playing a key role in establishing & implementation of short & long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, & operating procedures. I am well versed with present construction methodologies & in managing materials & manpower resources to register maximum productive output. With sound technical background, I always look forward to adopt & adapt to the new wave of technology for its day-to-day application.
