Hello, I work for RCM, India at Rajasthan State. Presently working as Senior Manager-CSR & Leading CSR initiatives Prior to this, I have worked with Save the Children India-Bal Raksha Bharat, Hindustan Zinc Limited (HZL)- CSR, CUTS and FIWE organization etc. I have 17+ years in the area of Rural transformation & technology,Child Rights Programming, Disaster Management & Climate Resilience, Education, Child Protection, Child Poverty, Social Protection, Knowledge Management & Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives with the Grass-root level NGO, Corporate & International agency. I am expert in the areas of emergency response, Designing & Implementing WaSH interventions, Project Management, and child rights. I have an experience in advocacy and networking with State Govts for policy decisions and partnership (NGOs) development and management for timely and quality outputs. I have been deployed to several emergencies and some of the most recent deployments have been to Uttarakhand flash floods (2013), Assam Flood Response (2014),Chennai Flood Response (2015), Odisa cyclone (2019), Covid Response (2020) & Biparjoy Cyclone Response Bhuj (2023).
