A performance-driven person of IT with solid technical, operational and strategic management capabilities having 17+ years of experience, Out of which I have served Transport Department of Rajasthan as a government approved contractor (RCCS Udaipur) for more than 10 years, provided strategic guidance to Department with regard to technology, IT infrastructures and processes through enhancements to IT, provided highly expert technical assistance, and was responsible for managing hardware, software and user training, at present, Managing Director, Regal Outsource (India) Pvt. Ltd. Since August 2012. A highly motivated senior IT leader with a strong technical background, who can lead and inspire teams in dynamic, fast paced environments. Able to develop and implement business aligned IT strategy for infrastructure, operations and development. Identify the Technical and Commercial requirements to build relationship/confidence with prospective clients, Meeting and working with clients to define the scope of a project, understanding their work practices and the nature of their business, defining software, hardware and network requirements, developing agreed solutions and implementing new technologies, purchasing systems where appropriate. Designing, testing, installing and monitoring new systems; preparing documentation and presenting progress reports to customers; organizing training for the users. Generate business with the existing accounts by constantly suggesting latest technological updates. Oversee that the Project in hand is implemented in timely manner and to see the project scope are met and resources are utilized in cost effective manner.
