About Sanjay Pal

Sanjay Pal is the Co-Founder & Director (Operations & Business Development) of Occulus Design Pvt. Ltd. He was born in Roorkee, Uttarakhand in 1979. During his graduation days itself he started working on the small ongoing construction projects in the town. After completing his professional education in Architecture from one of the most esteemed educational institute of the country; Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, he joined the Central Building Research Institute (CBRI) as a Research Intern. He was also associated with ACC for 15 months as an Assistant Manager (sales and marketing). Special set of skills in architectural design, construction supervision, material selection, material sourcing, site planning and drafting of specifications has helped him win prestigious assignments with government and non-government bodies. His 15 years of experience & strong market network coupled with the vision to serve the society finally led to the foundation of OD. Sanjay has many laurels to his credit. He was elected as the founding President of APSAAR Foundation (Army Public School Alumni Association, Roorkee), his alma mater. He is a member of Shri Ram Krishna Sewa Sadan Charitable Trust, Deoband. He is also the Director on board of Innovative Treasure Fondation, New Delhi, and is also an eminent member of executive committee of Delhi Public School Roorkee.
