A Professional and passionate business transformational leader with well over two decades of experience in Corporate Leadership, Sales & Distribution, Bancassurance, Human Resources, Strategy & Transformation, Administration, Partner management and Business development across financial services largely within Life and General Insurance, online aggregators and the hospitality industry, having worked with companies when they were start-ups and contributing to their success and growth. I have had the opportunity to work on implementing innovative business models, drive revenue through multiple and diverse distribution partnerships and lead key initiatives across Strategic transformation and Business development. My responsibilities also included working on the people and talent agenda as well as leading core projects within the Administration & facilities function to support business growth and contribute to the organisations transformation journey. This diverse experience has helped me develop a good balance of strategic thinking and operational excellence in building and leading high performance teams.
