Major involvements include overall Contracts Management & Contract Administration of main contracts with clients, major subcontracts, frame agreement and assigned contracts; project control functions; execution of industrial projects as Project Manager; construction management as Site-in-charge; detail engineering works etc. Specialities: Sound knowledge of current trend and intricacy of international contracts, proficiency in contractual correspondences, negotiating power for settlement of variations and claims, well acquainted with project control functions and finally a well balanced experience in engineering, procurement and construction activities involved in mega industrial projects.
