About Sanjay Saxena

In a career of more than three decades, with leading companies such as ATC, Bharti Infratel and Goodyear, I have facilitated transformation in Operations, enabled sustainable margin and revenue growth while handling P&L, and partnered with stakeholders across APAC region to reduce the Energy footprint along with associated costs. Through technical change management, people management and business development strategies, I turned around operations in J&K for Bharti in 3 years, and strengthened business continuity, which led to recognition of the Circle at multiple forums & at Customer end. By focusing on safety measures and robust preparedness in Odisha, guided restoration of the telecom network in just two days after the devastating impact of Cyclone Fani in 2019, which was highly appreciated by all operators such as Jio, Airtel, and Vodafone-Idea, and the local & Central authorities in the telecom domain. It was a great opportunity to initiate a new innings in the Eastern part of the country with ATC & lead the KWB circle in the crucial period of restructuring & consolidations as being experienced in the Telecom world & also steer the Highly sensitive WB circle going through turbulent & challenging Ecosystem in the right direction. Post the successful consolidation at WB circle, I was given the responsibility to Strengthen the Energy Vertical & develop it into a Profitable, Robust & Process oriented Function at the National Level. This effort was aimed to provide enhanced focus to the energy initiatives at ATC India & Post achieving signifcant milstones, I have now been entrusted to Head Quality & EHS functions at ATC India. QEHS is an exciting field & my past versatile experience in Operations & manufacturing would help me lead the function with a Technicaly influenced & Practical approach. Colleagues and team members acknowledge me for skills in adapting to rapid-paced environments, improving organisational and team capabilities, handling crisis situations effectively, managing government liaisons, and building consensus among culturally diverse interest groups for pursuing rapidly evolving Business needs in the current Volatile Telecom scenario.
