About Sanjay Sridher

I am the CEO of enablesGROUP, a business I founded in 2016 out of a deep belief in the power of culture, people, and purpose. With a 25+ year global career spanning Australia, Asia, the US and Europe, I bring extensive experience in Outsourcing, Shared Services, Value Creation Advisory and Professional Services, including Partner roles at Accenture, EY, Alvarez & Marsal, and as CEO of an Australian government shared services agency. I am also a Non Executive Director at Relationships Australia (NSW), where I am also the Chair of the Finance, Audit and Risk Committee. I believe in direct yet respectful leadership, empowering people to voice their ideas and take ownership. I foster a culture that champions accountability, inclusion, and growth. I am fully committed to making enablesGROUP a career highlight for every one of the hundreds of individuals that I have the privilege of leading. My legacy will be centered on investing in people, particularly in learning and development, and equipping our teams to thrive in a future shaped by AI and human capability. Please reach out if I can be of service.
