My journey began at Motilal Nehru Sports School (MNSS), Rai. I feel immense pride in calling myself a ‘Raist’. During my school days I cultivated a love for sports, which has narrowed down to Lawn Tennis and Swimming in the present day. Graduating with a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from REC Kurukshetra (now NIT), I carry with me the pride of being a RECker of the 1989-93 batch. Continuing my journey in education institutional consulting, I pursued a PhD in Technical Education from Kurukshetra University. With a foundation rooted in excellence, I've embarked on a dynamic career path spanning consultancy, real estate development, finance, and philanthropy. I am passionate about driving positive change through diverse professional endeavours. Director & Partner at AQIC (Accreditation & Quality Improvement Consultants) since 2010: With a wealth of experience garnered as the former Assistant Director at All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi, I co-founded AQIC to elevate standards in higher education. As a leading consultancy firm, AQIC specialises in establishment, accreditation, and quality enhancement of educational institutions nationwide. Serving as a trusted advisor to various institutions in North India, we strive to foster growth and excellence in the education sector. Partner & Managing Director at CS Associates: At CS Associates, we are dedicated to crafting exceptional commercial and residential projects that enrich communities across Gurgaon, Faridabad, Delhi & NCR. Through commitment to excellence, we strive to redefine the real estate landscape with innovative and sustainable solutions. Finance & Trading, Portfolio Management: Engaging in equity and derivatives trading, coupled with the management of financial portfolios, I employ strategic analysis and prudent decision-making to optimize returns and mitigate risks. Philanthropic Endeavours: Beyond my professional pursuits, I am deeply committed to social impact. Serving as the founder secretary of We Care Foundation, an NGO providing free education to underprivileged children at Saraswati Kunj, Gurgaon, I am privileged to contribute to educational empowerment and social upliftment.
