With a 13-year career in the pharmaceutical industry, I have established myself as an experienced and effective leader, driven by challenges and committed to achieving results. My passion for facing and overcoming obstacles has led me to actively participate in the launch of innovative medications and to lead high-performance teams. In my current role as the Head of Medical Science Liaison (MSL) Activities at AstraZeneca, I have the honor of leading a team of 8 MSLs focused on Immuno-Oncology, Targeted Therapies, and ADC for lung cancer. Our mission is complex and challenging, but the satisfaction of seeing the positive impact of our work on patients is unparalleled. As a leader, I always strive to create an environment that encourages professional growth and innovation. I believe in the continuous development of talent and take pleasure in helping my team members reach their maximum potential. My conciliatory approach and effective communication skills allow me to build and structure cohesive and efficient teams. I am a natural strategist with a strong ability to identify and implement creative solutions to complex challenges.
