Based in Bhubaneswar (Orissa), entrepreneurship runs in the Hans family, with specialized focus on the FMCG sector. In the past, Sanjeev has the experience of partnering with the likes of Reckitt, Vodafone, and Amul in their FMCG business in Orissa. Currently, he heads the sales and regional marketing of organizations like Procter and Gamble and Reliance Jio in Orissa as a business associate for these firms. His work has enhanced the footprint and share of brands like Tide, Whisper, Pampers & Gillette in Orissa. This phenomenal success has been achieved through a mix of BTL activations, focus on sales fundamentals, impact logistics and intensive Direct to Consumer work. His work with P&G has earned him the prestigious 'Best Distributor' award at the country level for two years. Financially, he has managed to increase the net-worth of these businesses by 10X in the past decade through his laser sharp focus on increasing top line and driving efficiency in operating cost and investment. He leads a team of 500 employees with a vision to transform his company into India’s leading FMCG services provider. He intends to build a system that prides on its capability to deliver end to end sales and distribution solutions for companies & entrepreneurs across the country. He is also the State Distributor for Jio (RIL) and has nearly 350 Distributors under him. Most recently has also signed up With Swiggy for their Sales and Distribution expansion in Orissa.
