Organization, presentation and communication skills- finely honed by successfully organizing workshops, seminars and conducting training sessions on a variety of subjects. Extensive experience in developing course material, conducting examinations and providing accreditation to agent training institutions. Results driven achiever with excellent time management skills- Evaluated LMS system of about 30 online training portals and 600 offline training centers and monitored about 275 online examination centers 5. Believes in developing a diverse inclusive and respectful workplace as demonstrated by research dissertation on ‘Academic and social issues relating to foreign students in Jamia Millia Islamia' 6. Also, carried out 3 inspections of Housing finance companies while on deputation to National Housing Bank.(NHB)
