I have contributed towards making TIME a globally renowned DMC that received the National Award for Excellence and is recognised by Government of India, Department of Tourism (DOT), Indian Association of Tour Operators (IATO), ASTA and PATA, TAAI and FIEO. With a granular understanding of the Indian travel and tourism industry, I have developed a keen vision of building successful travel and tourism businesses. I have sourced my experiences and knowledge into contributing towards the development of global tourism industry. I am the president of Society for Incentive Travel Excellence (SITE) – India Chapter, an apex organisation for global tourism with 2400+ members across 90 countries. I am also the president of American Society of Travel Advisors (ASTA) – India chapter and the past-executive member of Indian Association of Tour Operators (IATO). I have been a speaker at various industry forums and have authored several articles and opinion pieces. I am also professionally certified as a Certified Incentive Specialist (CIS).
