About Sanjeev Kapur

25+ years of senior growth leadership and digital transformation experience across three leading Fortune 100 companies. Led P&L, sales, marketing, product and digital roles in varied business circumstances, ranging from a start-up to running scaled operations across 20+ countries globally. Exposure across geographies, companies and business situations has shaped me as an adaptive leader comfortable in managing ambiguity, challenging status quo and leading diverse teams. I am passionate about the potential of technology in making a significant impact on business and customers. This purpose has driven me to be a bold change agent with proven ability to combine power of sales, marketing, product and digital/data to reimagine go-to-market experience and modernize multi-channel capabilities. This has helped me drive customer-led digital transformation in both Citi and MetLife and deliver material P&L and customer impact in large scale operations.(USD $10B+ revenues, 10-15MM+ B2C or B2B2C customers). Currently work for MetLife. I am responsible for leading the Product, Value management and Marketing teams with over 400+ associates across Asia Pacific including Japan. I am also business lead with commercial accountability to deliver digital sales and digital services for our Asia business. In 2023, my digital responsibility was further expanded to be the business lead for embedding AI across Asia operations. In addition to Asia responsibilities, I am also the global lead for scaling the internationally acclaimed 360Health digital ecosystems. I serve on Board for several MetLife entities. When not on the job, mentor consumer tech start-ups and am on the board for social impact companies.
