As the Head of PMO at Nokia, Sanjeev leads the execution and delivery of strategic programs and projects across the organization, ensuring alignment with the company's vision, values, and goals. He has over 26 years of experience in the telecommunications and information technology sectors, with a strong focus on transformation, strategy, and quality management. Sanjeev is also a Principal ESG (Voluntary) at Nokia, where he spearheads the environmental, social, and governance initiatives for the company, leveraging his expertise in data and statistical analysis, process re-engineering, and change management. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black- Belt, and has applied his analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to deliver multiple cost-intensive and operational improvement projects for large service providers. He is passionate about creating positive impact and customer delight through insight-driven improvements in the quality of products and services offered by Nokia. He is currently pursuing a PhD on Green Telecom Initiatives, and is an avid reader and blogger on topics related to ESG, business excellence, and customer success.
