With over 22 years of diverse experience, I am an achievement-oriented professional proficient in Program/Project Management, Scrum Management, Auditing, Change/Release Management, and Application Development & Maintenance using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. My strong service delivery background encompasses skills in team building, staff augmentation, stakeholder management, risk analysis, monitoring, status tracking, people management, and resource management. Additionally, I bring over a decade of expertise in Application Service Management (ASM), including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Release Management.
