About Sanjeev Ranjan

15years of experience in IT networking industry.Started in 2008, as Network Field Engineer, and work for 2 years for worlds 3rd largest private network of Indian Air Force, at that moment. After that moved to NOC as Voice L1 Engineer and supported for IP telephony/ CUCM issues for 1 year. Here journey moves to Analog Telephony and became L2 professional, and worked with Analog Voice Gateway and DSLAMs for almost 2 years. In 2013 more responsibilities assigned to me as Incident Owner and Coordination with different vendors associated like ATRIE, VEGA, CISCO.Till May 2015, I worked in the same role with different challenges and new responsibilities like SLA meeting, Data analysis, Trend Analysis, reports publishing, process improvement, Vendor co-ordination,Inventory Management. From May 2015, i started working as Specialist Network Audit with Orange Business Services, where i was associated in auditing Customers Network Parameters, technical report generation, designing DQ KPIs. Worked on various Data Quality projects, to Audit the data, launched various initiatives for data clean up. It involved defining processdiscussing Business Logic with stake holders, Documentation and Presentation.Between 2018 to 2022 i have worked on various roles within the team for over all data quality governance. from November 2022 started working as data by design officer, which is about facilitation of DQ aspect between business need and product development around the solution.
