About Sanjeev Sahu

I specialize in driving successful outcomes for complex app development and analytics projects. My experience includes successfully completing the development of the Padosee and Smartview apps after taking over projects that had been in development for over three years. I effectively managed cross-functional teams of frontend and backend developers, along with video analytics engineers, to meet timelines and deliver on roadmaps.Additionally, I have a proven track record in deploying video analytics solutions, particularly in the aviation sector. I led the deployment of video analytics for three airports in the Philippines, addressing issues related to dashboard functionality, platform stability, and analytics accuracy. Through meticulous planning, collaboration with QA teams, and leveraging client feedback, we not only improved the user experience but also won projects valued at over $1.5 million based on successful proof of concept (POC) implementations.I am passionate about leveraging technology to drive business success and am always seeking new challenges in the realm of app development, analytics, and digital transformation-
