I have a track record of building a sustainable business through positive impact strategies, customer eccentricity, and disruptive innovation. I have global experience in leading cross-functional teams, managing relationships with stakeholders and external partners. In my most recent assignment, I led a team of 140 people to improve the commercial vehicle footprint of VE Commercial vehicles Ltd. in Bangladesh. I saw my responsibility got enhanced during the COVID-19 era by being offered a special opportunity to work on digital marketing strategies in Bangladesh. I emphatically have faith in and get associated with social causes such as educational needs, Community health, and helping society. My association with Sadhana, a non-profit organization to proliferate the health benefits of Yoga, has not only allowed me to connect to various sections of our societies but also has given me the opportunity to enrich their physical and mental health for the betterment of society. When I don't do growth-hack things, I enjoy doing Graphic Designing and Painting. During my leisure time, my interest in technology has also inspired me to deep dive into understanding Python, SQL, and AWS. I am looking forward to integrating my professional experience and creative mindset with the life-changing experience of Esade MBA to shape myself for future challenges.
