My approach to any job/thing in life is by OWNERSHIP. I take ownership and am proud of what I do - therefore I never do things half-hearted. I am an engineer who secured his first full-time job post graduation by developing and implementing a visual waste tracking system for an international company, which post implementation reduced the monthly waste by 50%. In my current position as Customer Success Director @Element Logic I lead employees by setting the example of ownership on a daily basis. I value passion, dedication and change management. I have a passion for logistics, supply chain and overall optimization within any aspect of the supply chain within any given industry.
