A consummate professional with excellent planning, interpersonal, execution, monitoring, multitasking, entrepreneurial, organizing, coordination, leadership and resource balancing skills, I am currently associated with Tower Vision Indian Ltd, Gurgaon as Circle Head, successfully managing all telecom cell sites of UPW. I possess recognized skills in managing the entire gamut of telecom operation/General Administration/ Facilities Management/ Maintenance Support functions along with Government Liaison and Cost Control Operations to ensure smooth and trouble – free environment and skill up-gradation for personnel. I am a goal-oriented and systematic planner with a big-picture perspective who stays on top of all the details. My ability to handle a large employee base, liaise with top officials and strategize on enhancing skills of employees backed with the track record of success in multiple roles involving client engagement and providing congenial work environment and basic amenities in the work premises are my forte.
