About Sanjna Pagedar

I am intrigued by patterns that surface whenever I work with numbers. I always get elated whenever I can provide simplified solutions to complex problems with the help of data analysis. My experience working with data started when I joined my first assignment as a business HR in the sector of IT & IT Distribution. This experience taught me the nitty-gritty of HR. I Worked from people-oriented tasks like recruitment and Training to data-oriented tasks like payroll administration and HR analytics using Workday. My next assignment, again in the booming IT sector, provided me with the experience in how the Human Resource Information Systems function and what it means to develop an HRIS for an organisation from scratch. I even took up a few commercial projects to get familiar with extracting, processing and presenting an outcome derived from datasets. As the saying goes,'Data is the new oil', all of my experience taught me how important data management is for accurate decision making. I decided to take it a step ahead by pursuing a degree which will teach me how to do the same. So, here I am, almost towards the end of my MSc Business Analytics, now excited to see what kind of opportunities I get in HR Analytics or Business Analytics, wherein I can apply this newly acquired knowledge.
