About Sanjo Mathew

At Broadcom, as an Inside Sales Representative, I conduct communication with customers and partners to ensure the users get a seamless experience while renewing orders. Over the last three years in this role, I have provided timely renewal quotes and executed retention and renewal strategies alongside Account Directors and the account teams. In all my engagements, I make sure to maintain strong relations with the clients and build effective sales strategies to ensure that I meet deliverables as well as aid Broadcom in attaining its financial targets. I previously worked at Veritas Technologies as a Licensing Specialist supporting users with licenses, installing various products, and managing the portal. Additionally, I have done quality and training roles at Concentrix where I trained, audited, and performed checks to ensure that units are performing at their best. I earned my Master’s degree in Marketing Studies, majoring in Marketing and Information Technology, and a Bachelor's in Commerce. This unique combination of skills ensures that I remain agile, deliver value quickly, and provide insights that optimize sales and customer engagement processes. I’m a strong advocate of working in very fast-growing and changing environments.
