As a dedicated physician-researcher with an MD in Physiology and registered with the GMC, UK, I am honored to serve as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Physiology at Amrita School of Medicine. My journey combines a deep passion for human physiology with extensive clinical exposure and experience in clinical trials. I am committed to guiding and educating undergraduate students, including those pursuing MBBS and nursing, in the intricate complexities of this fascinating field. As an educator, clinician, and researcher, I strive to inspire and nurture future healthcare professionals while contributing to advancements in medical science. My clinical journey has equipped me with a robust skill set in acute patient management and emergency response. I have developed expertise in handling a wide range of medical situations, including critical care in specialized settings, gynecological emergencies, and outpatient management. My training has also honed my ability to perform essential procedures, make rapid assessments, and implement timely interventions to ensure optimal patient outcomes. I have gained a profound understanding of the clinical research process and the critical role of physiology in patient treatment and healthcare management.
