Hey there! I’m a mechanical engineer from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, but what really gets me going is solving operational challenges. Whether it was improving workflows at Zomato, rethinking how we hire people at ECS ME, or driving operational excellence at Pinch, a premium home concierge brand for HNIs—I’ve always been focused on making things run smoother and smarter.At Pinch, I led initiatives across vendor management, financial reconciliation, and service optimization. From creating SOPs to launching new service verticals, it was all about building systems that scale and deliver quality—day in and day out.Before that, at Zomato, I wore many hats to support operations and growth. I assisted account managers post-onboarding, coordinated and built restaurant menus for partner accounts, and collaborated with various teams to keep things running smoothly. I also dug deep into data—scraping information from aggregator platforms to fuel growth activities. One highlight? Conducting user satisfaction surveys to get real insights into customer experience and improve service delivery.And it’s not all about work for me. I’ve organized events for the PAN IIM - Alumni Group, which lets me blend creativity with some good old-fashioned planning.So, what’s next? I’m excited to keep using my skills to find new efficiencies, manage impactful projects, and tackle operations-related challenges. I love the thrill of uncovering better ways to do things—whether it’s streamlining a workflow or steering a project from concept to execution—and I’m eager to see what opportunities lie ahead.In short, I’m not just someone who’s good at his job.
