About Sanket Kapadia

As a huge baseball fan (go Phillies!), it was quite apropos that I was born in Reading, PA (aka Baseballtown). Now that my subpar sports playing days are over, I love spending time coaching my daughters in soccer, softball, and dance! I also enjoy being outdoors, travelling, and trying new foods. I currently work in Ambler, PA for Berkadia, where I am helping lead and grow Berkadia's shared services operations in Hyderabad, India, to dominate the competition while providing expert service to our US-based mortgage banking and investment sales teams. My job is to find and strategically deploy talent to provide valuable career opportunities while ensuring key business metrics are met and exceeded. I am passionate about growing careers, leading teams, and have learned the hard and humbling way that it is predominantly better to listen than to speak as a leader. Pre-COVID, I travelled extensively to our site in Hyderabad and am looking forward to once again working with my incredible colleagues in-person over the next few months - and of course enjoying some delish local cuisine.
