I work at the forefront of that transformation.With over 11 years of experience across infrastructure, industrial and mega project environments, I specialise in Digital Planning and Construction Optimisation. I focus on integrating AI enabled scheduling, generative simulation and enterprise SaaS solutions into live project delivery.My approach is grounded in a multidisciplinary foundation drawn from my experience in architectural design, BIM automation, generative planning and scheduling to support advanced AI driven optimisation initiatives. This layered perspective allows me to connect early stage design intelligence with construction methodology, programme logic and data driven decision making.I have contributed to optimisation initiatives across more than 20 billion dollars in capital projects, supporting delivery teams across Europe, North America, and Asia Pacific. Through structured analysis and simulation led planning strategies, I help organisations unlock measurable efficiencies and improve programme certainty.At Akordi, part of Laing O’Rourke's Strategic Programme, I contribute to shaping and scaling Construction and Schedule Optimisation as a structured service capability. Working across international projects and multidisciplinary teams, I combine buildability intelligence, AI driven schedule analysis and strategic advisory to improve delivery certainty across complex programmes.Previously at ALICE Technologies, I led enterprise implementation of world's first generative scheduling platform across global infrastructure and industrial projects. I integrated Primavera P6 data into parametric optimisation workflows and supported delivery teams in multiple regions to strengthen planning resilience and acceleration strategies.I am particularly interested in advancing Digital Transformation at an organisational level, embedding intelligent optimisation frameworks into mainstream project controls and delivery strategy.The future of construction will be simulation driven, data informed and digitally integrated.
