About Sanmit Marta

As a company owner, I lead the daily operations of a retail business, ensuring financial stability, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement. I have successfully negotiated with suppliers, reduced costs, and secured a stable supply chain. I have also supported marketing and advertising initiatives that increased brand awareness and reputation. I have over three years of experience in retail operations, sales, and service, having previously worked as a director of operations at Sudbury Hardware Ltd and as a car sales executive at TrustFord. I have developed strong skills in negotiation, customer service, employee relations, rapport building, and merchandising. I am passionate about providing creative solutions to customer complaints and achieving monthly targets and quotas. I have a bachelor's degree in business administration and management from the University of Plymouth, where I learned the fundamentals of business planning, strategy, and leadership.
