Nykyisessä IT Projektitoimiston päällikkö -tehtävässäni Kaupunkiliikenne Oy:llä tavoitteenani on saada IT-projektit onnistumaan aiempaa paremmin tuomalla tiimini avulla - tukea organisaatiota digitalisaation edistämisessä - tarjoamalla mm: tukea & ohjausta, työkaluja, spesifioituja IT osaajia - edistämällä ketterän kehitysmallia - kehitämme ja toimimme kiinteästi organisaation projektitoimintamallissa - tuoda parempaa ennakoimista ja seuraavuutta ko. projektien osalta ** Alla persoonakuvausta in english: I have gained experience in the comprehensive development and continuity of services while working in various IT-specialist and -manager positions in several business operations and IT solutions. I naturally discuss about technical matters in terms understood by the business and also communicate the business need clearly to the IT parties. Extensive practical level expertise in different service and project models has developed over the years. I have accumulated my good technical know-how based on my own interest and work activities. Always actively participated in the development of processes and tools. I enjoy my daily work, when I can work as a main responsible in large programs and/or complex solutions in cooperation with multicultural people and organizations. As a leader, I am a determined enabler with a coaching approach. A social, business-oriented team player with good leadership skills and a "will do" attitude.
