I’m a hands-on Marketing Technology Manager who spends most of my time in the tools, not just talking about them. Marketo Engage is my primary platform, and I also work regularly with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce, HubSpot, Pardot, and Campaign Monitor to design, build, and run scalable marketing operations.About 75% of my role is practical execution. I build and optimise campaigns, manage lead flows, create custom objects and custom activities, configure webhooks, and refine nurture programs across the lead lifecycle. Alongside this, I’m increasingly using AI to boost productivity, improve decision-making, and enhance what our platforms can do, from smarter segmentation and content support to faster troubleshooting and performance analysis. The remaining 25% of my time focuses on team leadership, strategy, and collaboration with marketing, sales, and events teams to make sure technology supports real business outcomes.I lead a team of developers responsible for managing 13 WordPress websites, ensuring strong performance, reliability, and seamless integration with marketing platforms. This experience has strengthened my ability to connect marketing strategy with technical delivery.Having worked across both B2B and B2C environments, I’m comfortable operating in complex tech stacks and aligning data, systems, and processes to improve customer journeys and campaign effectiveness.I enjoy connecting with people who are curious about marketing automation, data, and how technology and AI can make marketing simpler and smarter.
