I currently serve as Head – Regional Operations (East & North) at KEC International Ltd, where I lead 10 live projects across 5 states, managing 250+ staff and 3,500+ workmen while driving P&L accountability, schedule adherence, and bottom-line performance.My career spans iconic organisations — Larsen & Toubro, McNally Bharat Engineering and JMC Projects (now Kalpataru). I have successfully:• Built and scaled a new Industrial EPC Division from scratch at JMC Projects, executing overseas Steel Rolling Mill projects and bagging repeat orders in Beneficiation & Material Handling• Directed a ₹750 Cr order of Coal & Ash Handling EPC projects as Project Director at L&T.
