With over 10 years of experience in the industrial automation industry, I am Assistant Technical Lead Engineer at Emerson Automation Solutions, where I design, execute, and test engineering solutions for various projects across Middle East, Europe and Asia. My specialization in control systems and power plant distributed control systems (DCS) has enabled me to consistently deliver high-quality results within specified time limits, meeting client expectations and specifications. I am adept in project Engineering, Factory Acceptance Test(FAT), Onsite Commissioning, system upgrades and vendor coordination as well as cross-functional collaboration with sales, proposals, factory, and service teams for leading technologies like Emerson ovation DCS, Honeywell C-300 plantCruise, Hollysys. Thought my career I have delivered projects globally, including: Dubai Waste Management Center(DWMC): World largest Waste to energy project site commissioning. Al Arish power plant, engineering & FAT in Cairo, Egypt. Aksa Energy kyzylorda, Kazakhstan: combine cycle power plant engineering and commissioning. NTPC Barh, India: 660MW coal fired thermal power plant commissioning. My technical skills include SW engineering(Control logic and graphics development, testing), Project leadership(Budget estimation, vendor coordination), HW engineering(cabinet design, Controller & Module layout, BOM), Site commissioning, PID tunning, protocol management(Modbus, Profibus, OPC) ensuring seamless project execution.I hold a Master's degree in Instrumentation Engineering and automation project certification which have equipped me with a strategic vision and a comprehensive understanding of Automation Project goals and challenges.
