About Santanu Dutta

I am a Marketing Executive at iJaipuria, a leading online education platform that offers courses and programs in various domains and disciplines. I joined iJaipuria in January 2024, after working as an Admissions Counselor at upGrad for four months, where I helped potential students explore and enroll in online courses that suited their career goals and aspirations. I have a M.Sc. in Biotechnology from North-Eastern Hill University, which gives me an edge in understanding and advising students who are interested in science and technology fields. I have over two years of experience in client services and account management, having worked with CareerGuide.Com as an Account Manager before joining upGrad. I have developed skills in customer relationship management (CRM), spoken English, and sales, as well as core competencies in communication, persuasion, and problem-solving. I am passionate about education and lifelong learning, and I enjoy working with diverse and motivated learners who want to advance their careers and achieve their potential.
