About Santanu Ghosh

Results-driven UI/UX Project Manager with over 15 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, frontend development, and team leadership. I’ve led the successful delivery of WordPress websites within a 3-year span, working with global clients including Thomson Reuters. My expertise spans agile project management, scalable design systems, and managing high-performing teams of up to 36 members across complex, deadline-driven initiatives. Beyond the professional space, I’m deeply committed to social impact through my role with the Full Moon Foundation—a nonprofit focused on providing free education, digital learning, and mentorship to underprivileged children in rural West Bengal. Growing up without access to proper guidance or digital resources, I understand the transformative power of education. Today, I strive to bridge the gap for children who need it the most, ensuring no student is left behind due to financial or social constraints. Let’s connect if you’re interested in creating digital excellence—or driving meaningful community change.
