About Santhosh Chandran

I’m a hands-on engineering leader with 15+ years of software and data engineering experience, with the the last 7 years going into leading high performing teams. I thrive at the intersection of architecture, optimization, and execution — designing robust data pipelines, improving system efficiency, and reducing costs while ensuring reliability. I enjoy rolling up my sleeves, diving into code, and solving complex engineering challenges alongside my team. My approach blends technical depth with strategic thinking, helping drive impactful decisions that scale. Outside of work, I enjoy watching documentaries, reading about Indian startups, healthcare, and tech, running, playing badminton, and working on personal coding projects. Always open to connecting and discussing engineering, data, and innovative ideas!
