My professional life toggles between the smartphone industry and the academics:⁣⁣At iREPACK we enable more people from around the world to have access to more sustainable technology. ⁣When my academic hat is on, I help MBA students, entrepreneurs and company managers innovate, develop and refine their business models, turn them into business plans and craft their pitches.⁣⁣W?⁣⁣An International Business Graduate with an MBA. I currently live in Madrid and as iREPACK's Manager, I run the business operation of the company. Formerly, while being a Director in a employee company, I joined the academic world as a university Professor and business plan mentor. Bridging the industry and academic worlds is a delightful for me, especially when this allows me to meet people from all continents on the way!⁣My 1-year high school exchange experience in Klamath Falls, Oregon, taught me that paradigms are a huge innovation blocker. I found that getting to know people from different cultures is a superb way to keep pre-conceived ideas fresh and flexible. ⁣W?⁣Because I am convinced that smartphones have a lot to give even after their first owner drops them. With the right conditions, used phones will be preferred over new ones and every time this happens, we’ll be adding our grain of sand to a more sustainable world.⁣⁣? ⁣Developing long term relationships with mobile network operators, manufacturers, distributors, and other companies of the industry. Buying the stock they cannot sell through their usual channels: obsolete, customer returns, end of life, swap, seed and DOA mobile phones and modems/routers.⁣⁣When I put my academic hat, I- coordinate the business plan process of an AMBA accredited MBA program- mentor MBA students from the initial stages of problem identification through to business model validation, business plan writing, and pitch crafting and delivery- teach postgraduate courses related to entrepreneurshipAnd when the project appeals to me, I provide consulting services to established companies that want to pivot their biz model⁣, write a biz plan or seek funds to implement an innovation.If you want to know how I can help you or your company, reach out to me by W + or email.@. ⁣
