As a purpose-driven professional with over a decade of experience across public health, military leadership, emergency management, and education, I am committed to driving impactful programs that support student success, organizational readiness, and community well-being. Currently, I serve as an Emergency Management Project Manager at Harris Health System, leading multi-site preparedness initiatives and coordinating strategic partnerships across 67+ clinics and 11 hospital pavilions. My background also includes military service, where I served as a squad leader, overseeing training, professional development, and career transitions for junior soldiers — an experience that sparked my passion for mentorship, education, and career readiness. With hands-on experience in grant writing, program evaluation, community outreach, and student development, I bring a unique blend of leadership and compassion to every role I take on. I’ve managed interdepartmental collaborations, led emergency response strategies, and supported epidemiological initiatives while mentoring graduate students and engaging underserved populations. My goal is to continue building pathways for others — whether through work experiences and training, College, Career, & Military Readiness (CCMR) initiatives, public health programs, or education-focused leadership roles.
