Our group work on Gapless semiconductor and spintronics. The objective of our work is to develop materials for transparent spintronics. Having experience of 3 and half year as Post doctoral fellow, Assistant Research Professor, Visiting Research Professor Work experience in Clean room, Device processing includes ( MOSFET and TFT processing) Electrical characterization of electronic devices (MOSFET, MOSCAP, TFT, Flash Memory) Development of materials for Specific applications Materials Designing using first principle Calculation Extensive experience on X-Ray diffraction data analysis and Quantitative analysis of phases ( Internal references and Rietveld method) Update with all recent development in various field of science and Technology (Semiconductors and Spintronics) Processing back bone of LCD display Assisting transport measurement at Low temperature range (back gate device and Hall bar measurement) Good experience on Fuel Cell related materials characterization Extensive experience on Rietveld analysis and X-ray diffraction Experience on Lab view environment and routinely used OS (Windows, Linux) and Software (MS, office, Grace, Origin, etc.) Technical skill 1.Programming Language C/C++, FORTRAN (2/5 scale) 2.Computational cluster Building and Management ( Linux and parallel programming environment with shared memory and distributed memory 3.Materials Characterization 4.Thin Films characterization 5.
