Experienced Technology Project manager, Technology leader with a demonstrated history of working in the Trade finance domain and financial services industry. 17 + years of overall experience including 9 years in managing production support for trade suite of applications. After spending 8 years production support, I found my calling in Technology as Project and application manager and decided to take the plunge of diversifying in my career path. In my current role, I am responsible for transforming Trade platforms, through automation of Operations processes to reduce Risk and enhance control measures, along with Client experience coupled with operational efficiency. I also excel in communication and Interpersonal skills and have led complex projects involving multiple stake holders and delivered releases on-schedule. I lead a team based out of – India. Certified scrum master, an experienced IT Project Manager who has served in a variety of roles including Project Manager, business analyst, Technical Lead and Application Developer.
