Functional Competency: • Strategic management for organizations. process reengineering, process controls Project Reporting: Assisting the team in preparing of technical feasibility study report. • Design Development: Participation in design development process- from concept level till GFC drawings. • Deign Deficiency Diagnostic: Audit of Design to identify deficiencies from techno commercial aspects. • Quantity Survey: Preparing technical specifications, Budgets/BOQ at various stages of projects, contracts management. • Quality Management: Preparation of Quality check lists and quality audits of works on periodic basis. • Compliance: Technically assisting in obtaining compliance, followed by monitoring. • Sustainable Development: Norms and application assistance. • Training: Syllabus and contents development for skill development, for various topics covered in Engineering Planning and Construction process along with general management subjects I have worked on various construction projects including marine, petro chemical, water supply, automobile, hospitality, retail, government research facilities and mixed use town ship development projects. Also, had started career as Site engineer and moved up to AVP –Technology in the career span. Committee member of National Building Code 2005 (NBC 2005) for formulating part 11, dedicated to environmental/ sustainable development in built environment. I am passionate about the producing documentary films on various environmental subjects. One of my documentary had won state level award recently. Also I am proficient in developing training course materials and conducting training for graduate and post graduate engineering students. Also I am writer and written various non technical and technical articles. I also work as sustainable development and cost consultant. I am founder chairman of an NGO dedicated in the field of edutainment.
