Santosh is a leader in the field of HR having Global HR Exposure, can deftly handle larger accountabilities for the organization related to Strategic HR management, building organizational culture by creating a great focus on people & leadership development. During his career progression of 18 years, he has assumed key roles & since more than 13 years has been playing Corporate HR Leadership role (Leadership HR with various companies including MNC & large Asian MNC group employing over to plus workforces as Head- Human Resources for different international geographies in Asia, Middle East, USA & African Region Countries. Having worked at a pinnacle corporate level – he has strategize the complete HR framework with more emphasis on building people & process competence synchronized with business requirements & in line with the Annual Operating Plans (AOPs). Reiterating his professional contributions; in Service, Manufacturing & Consulting sectors – having multi-location presence; has designed a complete HR framework especially in a Large MNC’s & Indian organizations, new Tech & Non Tech start-up operations – successfully established the HR framework from ground ‘zero’. Santosh has been contributing to the strategic HR portfolio & have also played key roles in setting up the HR systems & procedures; HR shared services; organization structuring, implementing new Business Processes by transiting from legacy system (BPR) to address the future organizational challenges; lay down-alignment of HR strategies pre/post-M&A & currently engaged with Services & Automation consulting company taking care of Middle East & Africa regions.
