About Santosh Joy

I’ve dedicated my career to the idea that in order to progress we need to innovate everyday, and that we all have a responsibility to try to operate in the safest, most productive, environmentally and socially conscious way we can. It’s my belief that approaching every task with the mindset of “finding a better way” is the key to sustainable growth. I’m an experienced and multiskilled leader with over two decades in the global manufacturing industry and a strong track record in Quality Management, Direct Production Management, Lean 6S, Continuous Improvement and Project Leadership. I’ve had demonstrable success in fostering a safety and quality-led culture of operational excellence through employee engagement and data-driven improvement activities; in using a risk-based approach towards project management to successfully deliver on complex goals for a variety of stakeholders; and in developing and implementing regulatory compliant Quality Strategies. I’m passionate about combatting our growing climate emergency. As well as driving reductions in waste, and the impact our working practices have on our environment, I’m also an active member of my local community’s Climate Change Action Group.
