I have a great passion for catering services. Having worked with father in his hotel since my childhood till graduation in my home town in Odisha I have learnt the art of realizing the tastes and preferences of the people from different walks of life. My father has played an instrumental role in inculcating various skills such as better customer service self motivation team management and patience quite necessary to run the catering business. I have learnt cooking out of passion. Never realized that there is a wonderful chef in me! After graduation I entered corporate sector to gain modern business and entrepreneurial skills. I worked in different MNCs for around 14 years with different responsibilities and enhanced my skills in business development sales & marketing general administration budgetary control event management inventory management HR Activities and skill management. After gaining rich experience from both corporate sector as well traditional sectors I wanted to fulfil my dream – the dream of starting my own venture and create employment opportunities in Odisha as well as in India. With the support of my like-minded friends and relatives I founded Reflex Marketing Pvt Ltd. I am the Founder and Executive Director of Reflex Marketing Pvt Ltd which successfully bagged contracts 3 major canteens in just 8 months. To our credit we have been successfully running these canteens. Reflex Marketing operates in fully digital mode. Starting from food ordering to delivery to run day-to-day operations and managing finances everything is managed efficiently through digital technologies. The primary objective behind the digital mode of operations is to save time money and energy of our esteemed customers. Down the lane I take immense pleasure and feel equally proud to see my venture Reflex Marketing Pvt Ltd emerging as one of the most reliable caters in Odisha in a short span.
